How to get rich quick guide
Methods
There are a plethora of methods to earn money on Project Freedom. This page will highlight some of the popular ones, so you can go on to fulfill your dreams.
⚡Vote Crates
Server voting is used to help give out money across the server. Players can vote for the server on different websites and earn randomized rewards, from money to rare items such as wither skulls.
To vote, use the command /vote. This will bring up a list of all of our voting websites. Click on the link to be directed to a voting website. From here, you will click on a "Vote" or "Vote for Server" button. Input your username, fill out the captcha, and get your free reward.
Trivia games can pop up if there are more than 3 players online. The winners can receive up to 3 vote crates.
💼 Jobs
Project Freedom also has a jobs system, where players can pick up to 3 jobs and earn money for doing various actions.
To get a job, use /jobs to open the GUI. From here, you can join one of these jobs:
Brewer - Brews potions for money
Builder - Places blocks for money.
Digger - Excavates soil for money.
Enchanter - Enchants items for money.
Farmer - Farms crops and ranches for money.
Fisherman - Fishes for money.
Hunter - Hunts animals for money.
Miner - Dig ores and stones for money.
Woodcutter - Chops trees for money.
In this menu, you can right click to join a job, and left click to read more info about specific actions and their pay. You can also press Q to leave a job.
Jobs can dynamically shift their prices dependent on how many players are working that job. For instance, a job with a low number of workers can pay +100% more, while a job with a high number of workers can pay -50% less.
Jobs also have a levelling system; in that you can earn more money by sticking with a job and levelling it up. You can leave your job still, but it will take away 30% of your levels.
Jobs have a daily limit to how much you can gain. This is determined by the equation 1000+1000(J/100) where J is your total job level (max 300). To see when it resets, do /jobs limit.
🎈 Selling Items
Another great way to earn money on the server is to sell items using the server's chestshop system.
To create a chest shop, place down a chest, and left click on it, while holding the item you wish to sell/buy for. This will send a message in chat asking you how much you want to sell per item. For example, you can sell dirt for $1 per.
You can additionally create chest shops out of barrels and double chests. To stock your chest shop, simply put items inside. To edit your shop, simply right click on the sign.
Ideally, you should check your competitor's prices and either match them or do better. Use /qs find <item> to locate nearby shops (maximum 2k block range)
👑 Auctions
You can also auction items through the chat.
To auction an item, hold the item you wish to auction in your hand and type /auction start <# of item> <starting price> <price increments> <autobuy amount> <auction time>
You can hover your mouse over the auctioned item to see its lore, name, durability, and enchantments. You will receive your item back if nobody purchases it.
To raise the bid on an item, you can use /bid <amount> on the auction. Whoever bids the highest will receive the item, and the seller will receive the money.
👋 Offering Services
Another thing you can do to earn some quick money is to put your talents to use.
This is more so up to you than it is the server, but you have a plethora of options. Ask in chat and post on the Discord Forum advertising your services. For instance, you can make a service for construction, a service for supplying materials, or a service for landscaping, political campaigning, and so much more.
Be wary of scams. While it could be illegal by law, it is not against server rules!
